	Description:	Our private sector client is looking for 3 Senior Java Developers. Location: Montreal, Quebec Role Description: 1. Analyze, design and develop JAVA based applications that meet the requirements; 2. Interpret system requirements and define system workflows and procedures; 3. Design, code, test, debug and document software of high complexity; 4. Participate in the development of current projects; 5. Build new and modify existing integration interfaces; 6. Follow a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology; 7. Perform the onsite co-ordinator role for the clients offshore team
	Qualifications:	1. Expert level experience with OO methodology and programming in Java and Java based systems (8+ years); 2. RDBMS, SQL - Sybase Preferred (5+ years); 3. Swing / AWT experience will be an advantage; 4. Experience with at least one (Weblogic, Tomcat); 5. Unix / Linux strongly preferred; 6. Experience with Health Care is an asset; 7. Experience with HL7 is an asset; 8. Bilingual in English and French is a must; 9. Good written and verbal communication skills; 10. Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
