  Description: B2KC Technology Inc. is seeking a results-oriented professional to join the growth and development of our new start-up organization in Ottawa-Gatineau. Job Description: FW/SW Development of Embedded / RT, USB and Drivers, plus SW (infrastructure and applications) Key player in SW/FW Development team, participates in all development phases, High Level definition, Design, Coding, Integration and support of testing and bug fixes. Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in: • Development of Embedded SW - mandatory • Development in OOD - mandatory• • Development in C++ - mandatory • Development of Microcontroller/DSP firmware - mandatory • Software development and support - iPhone OS, Linux’s Ubuntu, Google’s Andriod, Palm’s webOS, Xandros, Windows 7, and/or Java MT4j • Development of Drivers• Knowledge in signal processing HW and Algorithms an advantage 2. USB knowledge – an advantage 3. B.Sc. in Computer Science – mandatory 4. Hands-on experience with .NET/C#/C++/WIN32. Familiar with DLL development – mandatory 5. Proven development in Object Oriented methodologies 6. Fast learner and multi-tasking. 7. Ability to explore and implement new technologies 8. An understanding of optical measurement techniques is preferred 9. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 10. Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
