	Description:	Our public sector client has an immediate need for a Technology Architect Level 2. The contract is an 'as and when requested' for the month of February. Location: Ottawa. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Review current business and technical requirements for key services; 2. Review current issues and problems with the backup infrasture; 3. Review current issues and problems with Novell and VMware environments; 4. Identify risks and limitations of existing architecture; 5. Identify gaps between the current infrastructure capabilities and the requirements; 6. Identify gaps between the current infrastructure capabilities and the Disaster Recovery requirements; 7. Identify the potential points of failure in the environment
	Qualifications:	1. Secret Clearance; 2. Must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience in the last sixty (60) months conducting reviews of IT infrastructure; 3. Must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience in the last sixty (60) months assessing backup infrastructure and comparing them with industry best practices; 4. Must have a minimum of six (6) months of experience in the last sixty (60) months reviewing or developing data disaster recovery plans; 5. Must have in the last sixty (60) months the following experience - twelve (12) months of experience conducting reviews of clustered Novell Netware servers and - twelve (12) months of experience conducting reviews of VMware environments Please note only selected candidates will be contacted
