	Description:	Our public sector client has an immediate need for a SQL Server DBA. The contract is 5 months in length. Deliverables: 1. Develop, implement and maintain operational procedures for I-LMS database administration function; 2. Provide technical recommendations to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the I-LMS database server; 3. Provide technical assistance, guidance and coaching in the development of Data Migration process, coding and deployment; 4. Configuration and deployment management of DM code; 5. Provide expertise to developers on Database Management; 6. Database administration; 7. Document designed system components to clearly communicate to technical personnel operational tools and procedures; 8. Document full deployment process for Data Migration; 9. Knowledge transfers to CSPS IT staff; 10. Participate in data mapping process.
	Qualifications:	1. Must have at least 7 years of experience with relational database systems and advanced understanding of data integration concepts and techniques; 2. Must have at least 5 years advanced experience writing and evaluating complex Transact-SQL with SQL Server 2000/2005 including writing code for stored procedures; 3. Must have at least 5 years of implementation of data integration/data cleansing/ data migration applications with an SQL Server environment; 4. Minimum of 5 years in Transact-SQL Server 2000/2005 programming using transaction and error handling concepts; 5. Minimum of 4 years as DBA of SQL databases; 6. Minimum of 4 years of developing appropriate documentation to support effective requirements including charts, graphs and logic model diagrams as necessary.
