	Description:	Our Public Sector client is looking for a Business Analyst - level 3 to work on a 130-days contract. Location: Ottawa
	Qualifications:	Mandatory Qualifications - The resource must have: 1. Secret Clearance . 2. Ten (10) years experience managing projects pertaining to the delivery of IT services to internal or external organizations including sourcing of and managing supplier relationships. 3. Demonstrated experience of working on at least two (2) End User Environment projects in the last ten (10) years for organizations similar in size and complexity. Desirable Qualifications - The resource should have: 1. Minimum of one project demonstrating experience in End User Environment Technologies and support services including Governance and Service Level Agreements. 2. Minimum of one project demonstrating experience in Conducting Industry Consultations. 3. Minimum of one project demonstrating experience in the development of Supporting Documentation for End User Environment technologies and services sourcing (i.e. Business Requirements, Statement of Work, Evaluation Criteria, etc.). 4. Minimum of one project demonstrating experience in providing analysis and recommendations for responses to Questions during a Bidding Period. 5. Minimum of one project demonstrating experience in providing support and advice in evaluating bids, including bidder debrief. 6. Minimum of one project demonstrating experience in implementing an outsourcing arrangement for IT Services.
