	Description:	Our public sector client has an immediate need for a Project Manager. This is a 90 day contract. Location: Ottawa Role and Responsibilities: 1. Manage the consulting team over the course of the assignment; 2. Provide project status updates to the Project Authority on a weekly basis - status must include activities conducted, activities planned, total days worked and related cost to date; 3. Development of inventories of existing IT systems and services; 4. Facilitate discussions between the client and the existing IT Service Provider; 5. Development of a Monitoring and Measurement Framework with Key Performance Indicators for the IT Service Provision.
	Qualifications:	Mandatory Qualifications: 1. Must have a least 10 years of experience managing project pertaining to the delivery of IT Services to internal or external organizations including sourcing of and managing supplier relationships; 2. Must have wokred on at least two End User Environment projects; 3. Must hold a Secret Clearance. Desirable Qualifications: 1. Experience in Managing End User Environment Technologies and support including Governance and Service Level Agreements; 2. Experience in Managing an Industry Consultation process; 3. Experience in the development of Supporting Documentation for End User Environment Technologies and service sourcing; 4. Experience in providing analysis and recommendations for responses to Questions during a Bidding Period; 5. Providing support and advice in evaluating bids, including bidder debrief; 6. Experience in implementing an outsourcing arrangement for IT Services and supplier relationship management. Please note only selected candidates will be contacted.
